When you choose natural stone, you are connected to a place and a process. We believe in transparent, responsible sourcing. Here is the journey of our beige slate cobblestones, from bedrock to your project.

Step 1: Quarrying with Precision & Care
Our slate is sourced from designated quarries where vein mining techniques are employed. This selective method minimizes environmental disruption by targeting specific stone strata, reducing waste and preserving the surrounding landscape.
Step 2: Splitting & Shaping by Hand & Machine
At our factory (B1019), large blocks are split along their natural grain. The resulting pieces are then shaped into cobbles. While machines ensure efficiency, skilled artisans oversee the final splitting and sorting, ensuring each cobble meets our standards for size, shape, and aesthetic character.
Step 3: Washing & Quality Grading
Cobbles are thoroughly washed to reveal their true color. They are then graded by size and thickness to ensure consistency within each pallet. We offer several grades, from "Premium Uniform" for formal patterns to "Rustic Blend" for a more varied, natural look.
Step 4: Sustainable Packaging & Logistics
Cobbles are packed in reusable, heavy-duty bulk bags or on timber pallets designed to survive ocean freight. We optimize container loads to reduce transportation carbon footprint per ton of stone.
